This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and loads no third-party resources. Until you fill in a form, nothing about you is recorded.
What is kept, and only if you send it
The consultation request and training registration forms transmit what you write in them: name, email address, and depending on the case organisation, phone, subject, chosen session, number of participants and message.
Two technical items are added: the time of receipt, and a salted, truncated fingerprint of your IP address — not the address itself. It exists only to limit how many submissions come from one source, and it cannot be used to find you.
Consent
The agreement box is not decoration: it is verified server-side. Without it the request is refused and no row is created. The time of your agreement is stored with the request.
For how long
365 days. Every record is given its deletion date at the moment it is created, and expired records are removed automatically. This is not an intention: it is a column in the database, and the deletion runs on every new request.
Who has access
Only me. This information is not sold, not passed on, and not used for outreach. It serves to answer your request, and nothing else.
Two technical providers host the service: the API runs on Render (Frankfurt) and the database on Neon (Frankfurt, European Union). If an email notification key is configured, a summary is sent to me through Resend.
Having your information deleted
Write to rolandS01@outlook.fr quoting the email address you used. Deletion is immediate and needs no justification. You may also ask for a copy of what is held about you.
